I passed out and hit the floor at a friends house?

We all went out for dinner, i had half a tequila sunrise, then ate, so i wasnt buzzed at all. i smoked like half a bowl on our way to her house, but i wasnt really stoned. we get back to her house, i start to feel woozy..i go to sit in front of the A/C, as it was about 90 deg outside. I then get dizzy so i sit down. all a sudden my stomach cramps up and i think i have to go to the bathroom. i take off my shoes, walk to the b/r and the next thing i know im face first on the hardwood floor staring at a pumpkin. apparently i blacked out and fell face first on the floor my face bounced off the pumpkin 1st now i have a blackeye. i got up splashed cold h2o on my face and felt fine after. i think i should be worried @ this. i had gastric bypass 9/06, and hope that this had nothing to do with it. i need some medical advise, am i missing something? alcohol doesnt make me sick. i hardly drank, and ive smoked pot for over 10yrs never been affected like this. advise anyone?

Sounds like someone slipped something in your drink. At any stage was your drink left unattended? Its so easy for creeps in bars and restaurants to slip date rape drugs into a girls drink. Consider yourself lucky you were in a safe place when you passed out, otherwise your situation could have been a lot worse. Always go out with friends you trust and NEVER leave a drink unattended.
